Yes. A flat $50 deposit is required to confirm every appointment. It is applied directly to your final balance — the remainder is paid at the salon after your service. The deposit simply reserves your dedicated time.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. This protects the time we set aside exclusively for you.
For most extension styles we recommend bringing your preferred braiding hair so the color and texture are exactly to your taste. Not sure what to get? Message us before your appointment and we'll advise on the right type and amount.
Arrive with clean, blow-dried, detangled hair unless a wash is part of your booking. Come comfortable — most styles take a few hours — and feel free to bring headphones or a show to enjoy while you relax.
It depends on the style and length, generally between two and five hours. Each service listing shows an estimated duration, and your time slot is reserved just for you so you're never rushed.
With proper care, most protective styles last four to eight weeks. We'll send you simple aftercare guidance so your style stays fresh, your edges stay healthy, and your investment lasts.
